Rental General Conditions

The bungalows rent is submitted to general conditions you need to be aware of before signing your contract.

General dispositions

The signatory tenant of the present contract concluded for a definite duration which cannot be longer than the one initially defined, will not be able to take advantage on no account of a some right for the preservation in places at the conclusion of the stay.

Payment

Booking: the booking will take effect only once the tenant has sent the owner 30% of the total renting amount as a deposit, as well as a copy of the contract signed. The tenant needs to keep a photocopy of it.

Balance: The balance outstanding for the rent will be paid on arrival.

Deposit:  When the tenant arrives, in addition to the balance outstanding of the total amount, a deposit mentioned in the contract will be required. This deposit will be restored on the tenant's departure, deduction made by any damages or the cost of restoration of the premises.

Cancellation conditions:

If the tenant cancels before the expected arrival date: the owner will keep the deposit. If the tenant wants to cancel, the deposit will be reimbursed, after deduction of €50 for file fees, if the cancellation is confirmed at least 30 days before the arrival date.

If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours after the arrival date indicated on the contract, the contract is no longer valid and the owner can freely have the premises at his disposal. The deposit will not be refunded.

Holiday interruption

If the tenant decides for any reasons to interrupt his holidays, no reimbursement will be possible.

Holiday extension

If the bungalow is free, the tenant will be able to extend his stay. In this case, a new contract will be made.

Arrivals and departures

In order to ensure the best welcome without delay and an optimum service, please check in after 4' pm and check out after 10' am on the departure day.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out at the beginning and at the end of your stay.

Use of the premises

The tenant will ensure the peaceful character of the tenancy and use it in accordance with the purpose of the place. He will not smoke inside the bungalow and give the bungalow back as clean as when he arrived.

The rent concluded between the parts of the present contract can benefit on no account, even partially, in thirds, being physical or moral persons, except agreement written by the owner.

If the number of tenants is higher than the capacity indicated in the contract and without prior agreement of the owner, the latter can refuse the additional tenant(s) or break the contract or ask for a €20 surcharge per day/person.

The cleaning of the premises is chargeable to the tenant during the period of rent and before its departure.

Home linens

Towels, pillows, home linens belongs exclusively to the bungalow and should not be used elsewhere.

Insurances

The tenant is responsible for all the damages arising from his own doing. As bungalows are furnished, you can subscribe to your insurer an insurance extension.

The owner will not be held responsible in case of theft, natural catastrophes, water or power cuts because of strikes.
